What primarily makes us tick here at UP is the fact that people like our wings, simple as that. There's hardly a day when we don't get emails from pilots all over the world telling us that we have made their day, and that kind of stuff makes "another day at the office" much easier to bear. Some are elaborate, some just contain the little word "Thanks" followed by a bunch of exclamation marks, but all convey that special feeling making it all worth while.
