UP originated as Ultralite Products. Today, the Ultralite dimension is still implied in the name, although we are now UP International. Our passion is paragliding, our life is dedicated towards bringing it to you in the safest, simplest form possible.

We are performance-oriented to a World Champion extent, but we would never sacrifice safety for performance – we want flying to be fun!

We’re proud that we have achieved the level of customer confidence that we have. We like to think it is due to our dedication towards uncompromising quality, performance, handling and safety in every class.

At UP we’re aware that paragliding isn’t the same thing for all our clients – all want to have fun, but their perception of "fun" varies; some want easy sled rides, some want to win World Championships. For this reason we think of our wings as belonging to three distinct classes, the "FUN&EASY" with focus on enjoyment and safety, the "PERFORMANCE" with focus on speed and efficiency, and the "SPECIAL" for products that fit in neither, or both of the above.
